KERN is an annual design conference that celebrates typography, typographers, font designers and letterers. After being on Zoom for the last two seasons, they’re excited to have an in-person conference again in 2022; this time in the ever-popular, Austin, Texas.
 

For my Identity Systems Design class, I designed the conference logo system for KERN, an imaginary typography design conference and developed a typographic layout system that cohesively unifies all conference touch points.
